Depending on the button, if you added a button to the toolbars, do
view>toolbars>customize, then drag it from the
toolbars to the sheet area, then close the window that opened when you
selected customize.
If it is on the sheet and from the forms toolbar. Right click to select it
and delete it. If it is from the control toolbox
click the design mode icon on the control toolbox toolbar, then select it
and delete it, then click the design mode icon again (the design mode icon
looks like a triangular ruler)
