Macro creating

Hello,

I need to generate a continued lesson title thru a macro. The
functionality is as under:
1) find the last lesson title (may have many lesson titles) with a style of
Heading 4, Bold, font 16, arial, center
2)In the selection, type find lesson title and add ", continued", like
"Lesson One: How to create template, continued" on the next page
I am a VBA learner and appreciate your help.
