Macro/MDE/Date() problem.

I use a macro to set a "last updated" field in one table
triggered by an event in a field in another table. The
macro uses "set value" "item" and the Date() expression.

When I convert this database to an MDE and copy it to
other machines, it works on some, but not on others ....
where I get a an error telling me 'the function you have
entered cannot be use in this expression'.

any suggestions ?

SJJ,

It sounds like a References problem, and possible indicates that your
database needs to use a library file or some such which is not
available (or the wrong version) on some of the machines. Have a look
at Doug Steele's article, and post back if you still need more help.
