How do I set up a macro or function to convert the center numbers in one
column into center names when inserted in the same column and also populate
the column adjacent with the division names. I tried a macro but I think an
IF function will work better. Any suggestions?

I think you want VLOOKUP here. It won't "convert" the numbers into names,
rather display the corresponding name in another column. If you really want to
convert, you could use an Worksheet_Change event macro that does the lookup
and changes the cell contents.
