Macro Paste Special

I would like to create a macro that will do a Special Paste (from the
clipboard) as unformatted text.

The paste is coming from an Excel file and everytime I run the macro it
pastes it as a table and I want it unformatted.

WHS and I would store it in the Normal template and assign it the keyboard
shortcut Ctrl-Shift-Ins
