macro to delete duplicates and Primary Key

I'm trying to write a macro to delete the duplicate records.

Is there a way to set a primary key on a specific field say
"Label_1". This is the field that has the dups that are checked
against. I'm trying to write something that automates the process of
importing a file and then removing the duplicates. I can open the
table, and transferdatabase source to a file but then I need to set up
the primary key and don't know how automate this as a macro. I use
Access 2000.
