Macro to insert a landscape page?

Anyone know of a macro that will allow you to insert a landscape page at
cursor position and then reset the following pages so that portrait is reset
and that page numbering flows properly over all pages?

Just want to insert a single landscape page and keep document flow for
headers/footers/numbering, etc.

There's no need for a macro. Word can do this automatically.

- First insert some or all of the material for the landscape page, and
at least a paragraph mark for the following page.

- Select the stuff that should be on the landscape page, but not the
stuff before or after it.

- Go to File > Page Setup. Click the Landscape button, and set the
"Apply to" box to "Selected text". Click OK.

Word will automatically insert section breaks before and after the
selected text, and set the orientation of the one-page section to
landscape without changing the pages before or after it.
