Macro to load a form

Can anyone help,

I am trying to develop a macro that loads a form without
the need to go through a series of menu options.

oFolder.Items.Add "IPM.Note.MyForm".

Replace the message class with your own and get the folder you want to
add the item to as oFolder. This will work if the form is published
somewhere in your Outlook.
