macro warning

One of my Word documents started giving me a Macro warning dialog when I
open it. I did not knowingly put any macros in the file. When I click on
Tools | Macro | Macros... the Macro name box is blank, but in the
description box, it says "Macro created 2/11/2006 by [My name]"

Have you tried opening your Normal.dot and seeing if there are any
modules in the Visual Basic Editor

I just checked. On the upper-left frame in the Visual Basic Editor, it says:

"Normal
- NewMacros
- ThisDocument"

That's normal, isn't it?

If the problem was in Normal.dot, wouldn't that affect more than just the
one file?

Try right clicking on NewMacros and deleting it without exporting it
and save whatever is open
