Hi,
Our users have pst files in our Outlook folders list.
These are not really archive files, they are personal folders that users
have carried over with them from a previous setup.
These pst files are being emptied during automatic archiving, which seems
normal, depending on the cut-off date specified in the Tools/Options etc.
The problem is that the contents are not being stored into the user's local
disk pst file specified in the autoarchive parameters. The mail from these
pst files is disappearing. At the end of the auto archive, the mail is
neither in the original pst nor in the target pst.
Any ideas please ?
