Mail merge data loss from Access

E

EQ

My company prints collections letters (30,60, 90 dayers) through a mail merge
linked to an Access database. I attempted to print the 30 and 60 day letters
but the 30 day datasource was gone. The 60 day letters printed without any
problem. Is there a way to recover the lost datasource? I have tried
finding it in my computer but have had no success.
Any suggestions would be helpful....Thanks, EQ

If the data source is an Access query, which I suspect it is, then you
would need to locate the database for your data source and select the
appropriate query when prompted.

Note you may need to change the "Files of Type" when opening the data
source to Access Databases depending on the version of Word you are
using.
