I am having the following difficulty with this mail merge problem.
Different faculty advisors
Each faculty advisor has multiple student advisees
Wish to mail merge so each faculty member gets one memo with all their
student advisees (name and one item of pertinent information regarding
each student).
Using Word 2000 for memo
Using Excel 2000 for data (column one - fname; column two - lname;
column three - advisor(alpha sorted); column four - pertinent data to
that student)
I've tried skip record if feature but that hasn't been consistent to
achieving the results that I needed.
Would really appreciate any ideas or help.
