Russ,
It worked. I used the Mail Merge Wizard.
How in the world do I add the "Job Title" to the Address Block either by
editing the address block or by adding the fields separately?
I can't figure it out.

Got my answer on the Word Mail Merge Newsgroup.
Basicaly, start the whole process from OL rather than from Word and it will
include the "Job Title" Field.

There's a Word Mail Merge group? Cool. I'm sending everyone there from now
on.
