I'm running Office 2000 Small Business with Office Professional upgrade.
I've recently rebuilt my PC and have installed a Outlook 2002 ontop of this,
plus all the patches recommended on the Microsoft site.
When I try to open a specific exisiting Publisher file I am prompted to
install the mail merge facility (something I want to use). I'm asked to
insert the Office 2000 SR1 Disk 2 - something I don't possess as the upgrade
was downloaded.
Please could you advise me how to proceed
