I updated my Norton AV virus defs this morning (running AV 2003 which is no
longer supported by Symantec) and now none of my mail merge documents are
working. When I try to call up the proper Excel document I don't always get
the one I tried to get. And if I am able to select it, instead of it opening
so I can select the recipients, I get a box that says "Select Table". I've
tried everything I can think of (short of uninstalling and reinstalling Word
and Excel).
Any ideas out there?
