Mail Merge using Word and Access

I have a recipient list in Access. In Access my currency is set to 2
characters after the decimal and it lists and prints correctly in Access.
When I merge this data into Word, the last digits and digit is left off of a
number if the digit is or are zeros. How can I correct this?
