Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: pop

On one Mac the Mail Views appears as a Saved Search. On the other they do not. The former defines new Mail Views as Searches, the latter doesn't.

Same version. Same OS

I submitted this once before and received no answer despite having posted pix on a site suggested by the forum admin

I'm looking back over the thread and your screenshots. I have an Intel iMac
and do not see the saved search items with criteria etc.

Let's do some testing....

1. Under Entourage in the Menu bar, select "Switch Identity"
2. Click on New and name your new Identity "test"
3. Test the Unread custom view

Is it showing correctly?

Diane--

I did as you suggested, and the Mail Views still appear as Searches.

OK, do the same thing in a new User.

Go to System Preferences --> Create a New User in Accounts. Switch to the
New User by logging out/in or use Fast User Switching. Test there.
