Mailbox Cleanup Error

Hi all, I have a command button setup to generate an e-mail. It works fine, I
pull the body from a text field.

But when it gets to Outlook and I hit send, I get prompt of Mailbox Cleanup,
we all know it. It says I have exceeded the size limit of my mailbox. Now, I
can send "regular" mail no problem but I only get this message when trying to
do this, any ideas? I have completely cleaned up my mailboz just in case,
Sent Items, Del Items, etc, etc.

They are small messages BTW.
