I would like to creat a mailing list, so I can keep my customers up to date on events and sales. Please help.

Tools, Mail & Catalog merge, create address list. If you have 2000 it is on the
toolbar as "Mail Merge."

In addition to Mary's reply, you can enter your database into the Publisher
Address List feature. Enter Create Address List in your help menu in
Publisher.
