Mailing spreadsheets

I have a 'Send' button on my spreadsheet and want the
recipients to be pre-populated. I.e. the message screen
appears with the spreadsheet as an attachment and the
names of the recipients automatically in the to and cc
box - these are the same people and not linked to fields
or variables.

Can I do this without code (or very simple code)?
