mails are disappear from outlook

hi ,

i have an exchange server 2003 with windows server 2003sp1 , my mails are
coming in my exchange through smpt server , from few days i have an problem
that my mails and my all clients mails are disapper in MS outlook where as in
outlook express all of the mails are present what that problem , i have
outlook 2003 , plzz give ms some idea about that,
