main profile view

Hi, can anyone help with this one. There are two
identities using Outlook Express. The 'Main identity'
window view has 'disappeared' in that all that shows is
the Inbox icon and a blank screen.

Message are being received, but the only way to view them
is to export them to the other identity. Checking the
Views options doesn't help, or looking at any property
windows for accounts.

Any ideas what could have caused this?
