Make it clear what programs are in the Office program one buys.

This is necessary because I am a student and bought "2002 Office XP Small
Bussiness". I thought I was something. Come to find out, the teacher only
wanted us to use Access and Powerpoint. I had neither!

Did you read the packaging or demand that your instructor TELL you what
programs you need? I fail to see how this is an Office problem. More like
a communications problem between the instructor and students.

I fail to see how your not reading the box is a problem that must be
addressed by Microsoft. Next time, bring along someone who can read, and
they will tell you what is in the box, or ask one of the sales people to
read the box for you. Hopefully, since you are a student, your reading
skills will soon progress to such a level that you will be able to read the
box on your own.
