Make Text in Image Searchable > German (Germany)

Hi,
when I right-click on an image (containing German words) and choose:
Make Text in Image Searchable > German (Germany) OneNote automatically
disables image search for this picture. Why? How can I change this
behaviour? I use an english OneNote 2007 Version.
