Making an arc

I few months back I created and arc with an expanded width at the top of the arc while keeping the two ends point at their original width. This is probaly really easy to do since I fiqured it out once before, but I can't get it now. Help!

Thanks. I know how to make the arc , but need to find out how to adjust the width
so it is thick at the top of the arc and tapers down to the ends of the arc. Can you
help?while keeping the two ends point at their original width. This is probaly really easy

You can use the moon in 2000. You do have to use the "New Drawing" option. It looks
okay, takes some work. But if you have no other draw program...

No, it is on the menu, Insert, new drawing, the canvas comes up with the autoshapes,
basic shapes, it is the moon.

It's those SAME autoshapes that you use in Pub 2000 to be able to fill
shapes with pictures :)
