I have successfully used the footer (or header) feature

and insert page numbering, and replicated the number of
(pages)tickets I needed. Makes for a big file, but you
can send as many as your printer que can hold by selecting
the appropriate print range. My color printer would
print (hold) 50 at a time in que.
