Malicious script detected

Hello,
I wanted to install the Microsoft Project 60 Day
evaulation CD. However I received the message "malicious
script detected".
How do I fix this please and what does it mean?
It says:
Object: Windows script test shell object
Your computer is halted and needs to do something about
this script
D:\default.hta
Please help.
