Message was sent to me as plain text, but I changed forwarded message to
html. Still no mark.

I'm using Outlook 2003.

Then it should work. :) I'd try unchecking it, apply, then recheck the
option.

Are you using word or outlook editor? Try it with the other editor - I
don't recall it being limited to one editor, but check to make sure.

Hi,

in tab "Mail Format" boxes "Use Microsoft Office Word 2003..." boxes are
gray, I cannot check them. I'm using 2007 Word.

It could be that comment marks vanished when I installed newer version of
Word.

So you are using Word 2007 and Outlook 2003? That's probably the problem -
Outlook 2003 cannot use Word 2007 as its email editor...
