Hi all

I am having a problem in my Microsoft outlook software.

I am still receiving new emails that are not highlighted in bold, that means
it does not show that there is new email or un-read e-mail.

This is causing a lot of problems as sometimes I do not reply on urgent
emails as I do not know about their existence (No sign of un-read or bold).

Please note that in our company we exchange server
