Material Cost of Tasks

Hi,

I want to view only the "Material Cost" of taks in a Seperate field in Gantt
Chart. I think that i have to customize this field. But what formula? Can you
please help me with this?

Hi:
You can view the tasks assigned to resources of type "material" in the
Resource Usage View. As for the gantt view, you can insert the column "Cost"
to be visible in the gantt view but this will give you the total cost for the
associated task meaning if you have only resources of type material assigned
to a task then the cost on this task will be the material cost while if other
resources of type "work" are also assigned to the task then the cost will be
both Material and Work.

So I recommend to use Resource Usage view where you can filter on the tasks
that are shared among different material resources.

Also you can make use of the Task Usage view where you can insert the cost
column and this will give resource cost breakdown at task level.

But i need one customized field in Gantt Chart to view only Material Cost of
Tasks.
Because i want to import this field to Project Web Access View. Can you
please help me with this?
