Maximum number of rows

Is there a way to set a maximum number of rows allowed in
a single table before a new page is started...

Using headers and footers...have tried adjusting margins
for these...to no avail...

No built-in way, no. VBA might be a possibility, but the
solution would likely be non-trivial, especially if you
wanted anything "dynamic".
