May I install Publisher on our second computer as well?

Seattle Tom

We want to know if we are allowed by the EULA on the first installation of
Publisher to install it on a second computer at home? We now have a home
network and this would permit either of us to do work on either computer.
The EULA is a little vague on the issue of what a "backup" consists of?
Thanks for any help, the Hammonds

If one of those systems is a laptop, yes. If both are desktops, technically
no.

A backup merely consists of a copy of the CD in case the original should be
damaged.

You are permitted to install Publisher on one desktop and one portable
machine; the two installations are not to be used at the same time.
