Meeting Req. Reminder Not Passing to Recipients

One of our employees is sending meeting requests with a reminder of 1 day.
When it is accepted by the recipients, the reminder is changing to 15
minutes? Anyone know how to stop this? Does she have a setting in Outlook
set incorrectly?
