Memo Style Default

Can ANYBODY tell me how to set my outlook to a default
Memo style. You know the one where when you print out
your draft email you can see who it's going to and the
subject line, etc. Any help would be gratefully
appreciated. Thanks

What are you trying to do? You can't really change more than the header and
footer.
