merge into a table

Hi

I am looking to mail merge a document that will insert generic course
details onto the top of the page, and then in a table underneath that list
all the people who are due to attend the course. When I try it, it has a
page for every perspn due to attend the course. Whereas I only want one
page......

How do I perform this op into a table ??

Or you may be able to modify the following macro to do what you want:
