Merge is dropping zeros after decimal

I am merging from excel into Publisher using the mail merge. However, when I
put in the field that has a price instead of merging like 79.10 it gives me
79.1. Does anyone know a work around. I am not talented enough to figure out
how to stop this.

Either copy the data into a text field, or export the workbook as a CSV.
Publisher tends to disrespect Excel's cell formatting.
