merge labels in Publisher so there is 1 label/recipient

I have tried to merge data on to labels in Publisher. Everytime -- I get an
entire page full of one recipient instead of one label/recipient

Do you have the labels set up so you only see one when you are designing
them?

Are you looking at Print Preview or are you actually printing out
copy/creating a PDF file?

Are you actually printing the labels? If you are viewing the labels in print
preview they will appear all the same, this is a Publisher bug. Print a test
from the print dialogue on plain stock if you are unsure.
