Merging or combining documents

I've often used Insert-File to combine several word or
text documents into one; is there an easier way to do
this, to avoid having to go thru Insert-File, then
selecting each one separately?

You need the boiler.dot add-in from the downloads page of my web site, which
adds a macro to simplify this task.
