Merging Publisher documents

How can I merge two publisher documents - in other words add pages from one
Publisher document to another one?

Copy the data from the second one and paste it into blank pages in the
first.

You can minimize one of the Publisher documents, drag and drop the objects, or tile
the two and drag and drop.
