Merging

Hi

Recently a few clients have contacted me to say the MAIL MERGING feature
does not seem to be working, they try from both WORD and inside of OUTLOOK,
all the steps appear to complete but no merged data appears.

I have Office 2003 and have just tried here and have the same issue - Are we
all missing something here or does the mailmerge not work properly anymore
for some reason

I also note that the MERGE button at the end of the wizard appears greyed
out as well.

And did you consider Why I posted 3 times?

I was having issues this end and the post just was not showing - in fact I
can only see 1 post right now

Hi. Perhaps you could try posting (or searching) in the "Word, MailMerge and
Fax" newsgroup:

Also, I suggest you obtain more information before posting - i.e. what
exactly is happening? Are all messages appearing as normal? When the "merge"
completes, is the Mail Merge toolbar active i.e. not greyed out? If the
answer to the last two questions is yes, it suggests that there is simply no
data being supplied from the data source. If the answer to either is no, then
you need to explain what's happening.
