Message body "invisible"

Hello,

I'm currently facing a strange problem in Outlook 2003.

One of my users often sends emails to Asian recipients.
When he receives answers to his messages, all text added by the recipient is
"invisible" in Outlook.

Messages are well received by my Postfix server, as I can read them
completely on his mailbox file, directly on the mail server.
Popped by Thunderbird, messages are displayed without any problem.

A Outllok problem so, encoding or something like that, but I can't see.

Did someone ever saw this problem, or have a tip or a fix ?
