Message on a button

I want to use a button from the theme in the body of a page but with
differing text displayed on the button like is done in the shared borders.

Whats the best way to accomplish this?

Use CSS to make the button image from the _themes/themename folder a
background image for a table cell or other container, then add text to
the container. See

may give you some ideas.
