Message recepients can't reply

I'm using Outlook '02' thru MSN (Outlook connector).
Several recepients of messages sent from Outlook report
that they are unable to reply. Messages come back
undeliverable. I ve contacted MSN and have determined
that there isn't a problem with server. Isn't this
supposed to be the most basic function of this software?

Need to see the exact text of the NDR (nondelivery report) in order to
ascertain the problem....
