message rule for outgoing messages (sent items) - copy to folder

How can I set a message rule for all outgoing messages to
be auto-copied to another folder? In other words, how can
I have all messages in my "sent items" folder
automatically copied (as they are entered) to another
folder?

I have MS Outlook Express 6.
