What is the exact text of the rule and what is it supposed to do?

Hi, Mitch!
What is your rule supposed to do that it does not do?

This is a copy from a previous post reply in which I
included the message rule that is not doing it's job!

If the incoming messages are in HTML format, the "message body" part of the
rule may not work. I can't remember if that's only in older versions of
Outlook or all of them. What version are you using?
