Message Sending/Receiving Display

How do I view the dialog box that tells me how many (and the progress) emails are coming in - Going out?

When I click on the status bar (at the bottom) during a send/receive, it
pops up. It also appears by clicking Send/Receive>Send/Receive
Settings>Show Progress (in Outlook 2002 and 2003, but you didn't think the
version of your Outlook was important enough to include in your message).
