Message stuck in Outbox Outlook 2003

The ISP limits the size of a file to 5 MB and this one is
6 MB. I got the error "fille size too big", but now I
can't send any mail until this one is cleared. Can't move
it to the Deleted Items folder, because it is already cued
to be sent.


How to fix?
