The file ppttpwiz.exe is a template creation wizard add-in that Microsoft
offers. I do not know if it generates an MSI file, but I would check...
is the template wizard listed in the add-in section of your PowerPoint?
is the installation program listed in the Add/remove control panel list?
Of course, practice safe computing and back up your system first. But the,
see about removing the add-in. Reboot the system and see if the error
remains.
