I have a couple users whose messages are being held up in
the Outbox of Outlook XP/2003 (even though Exchange
services are running normally). The items in the Outbox
are italicized. When they double-click one then close it,
the message is no longer in italics. They're then able to
drag it into the Drafts folder, close Outlook, open
Outlook, then send the messages from Drafts.
Has anyone else seen this behavior? Any advice is much
appreciated.
