Messanging Interface unknown error

Hello,

I'm really hoping please you can help me with this - I have tried so many
things, and still no luck.

2 nights ago, everything with my Outlook 2002 was working fine. Then I
downloaded emails by hitting the send/receive button - everything downloaded
fine.
Then I tried to delete a message - and received a error "Message Interface
has a unkown error - need to restart Outlook".
So I did that, and now when I hit send/receive and delete - I still get this
error.
I also tried to re-install Outlook - no luck
I also tried to do a System Restore in the computer - that didn't do anything
I upgraded a Microsoft Outlook 2001 upgrade - that didn't do anything
tried to chat via HP live chat - but still nothing works.
I tried to repair the Outlook pst file - using scanpst.exe - still that
didn't do anything

Any other ideas - greatly appreciated.

I am using Microsoft Vista Home Premium; and like I said for the longest
time - Outlook worked - then all of a sudden it gives me this error.
